Donovan LLP represented Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, in the funding of a $3,000,000 bridge loan secured by a commercial building in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan. The building is 13,000 square feet with retail and offices on the upper floors. The building is also home to the world famous Cafe Wha.
